We collect the minimum data we need to ship your order and improve our store. We never sell your data. Last updated: May 2026.

2. What we collect
- Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone, order contents.
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider; we never see your full card details.
- Account data: only if you create an account — email and order history.
- Usage data: anonymised analytics about how the site is used.
3. Why we use it
To fulfil and ship your order, handle returns, provide customer service, send transactional emails, comply with tax and accounting law, and — with your consent — send marketing emails.
4. Legal basis
Performance of contract (orders), legal obligation (tax records, 7 years), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, analytics) and consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies).
5. Who we share data with
Payment processors, shipping carriers (PostNL, DHL), our email and hosting providers, and tax authorities where required. All EU/EEA-based or covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Order and accounting data: 7 years (Dutch tax law). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Account data: until you delete your account.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Email orange88club@outlook.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
