Not quite right? You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange your Orange'88 jersey. No questions, no drama.
Our promise
- 14 days to return from the day you receive your order
- Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt
Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with the original tags, neck label and packaging intact.
How to return
- Email orange88club@outlook.com with your order number — the same address that sent your order confirmation.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the parcel back with a tracked carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Once received and checked, we refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong size, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll fix it at our cost, immediately.
