An order becomes a binding contract once we've sent you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues, with a full refund.

All prices are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our PCI-compliant payment partners. We accept Visa, Mastercard, iDEAL, PayPal and Apple Pay.

As an EU consumer, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. See our Returns & Exchanges page.

All Orange'88 garments carry the statutory EU 2-year conformity warranty. Damage from misuse, normal wear or improper laundering is excluded.

All designs, photography, copy and trademarks on this site are the property of Orange Legacy B.V. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the value of the order in question, except where Dutch law mandates otherwise.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
